Smitten is the Ultimate Dance of Love
Book Summary:
She’s hung up her dance shoes, forgotten some of the steps, and every day she passes the dance studio she walks across the street.
But Cecilia’s marriage is crumbling, and she knows that any chances of saving it are out on that dance floor. She knew there was a chance that her husband would be angry. But she couldn’t help, but imagine the healing it would bring them instead.
River is a dance instructor, with this amazing God-given talent. But when all that energy is projected at Cecilia she swept up in it like a tsunami. Not to mention that she just genuinely loves dance. So she feels this connection to the studio and the people in it. Which is why a dance competition is pretty exciting.
But now she’s in this love triangle, and walking away isn’t as easy as saying goodbye. Cecilia’s got to figure out what beat her heart dances to before she ends up alone. While her husband Jay battles his own demons with dance and there past. Because he realizes that is why he’s been losing his love all this time.
They both have to find there way back to each other or they will be left Smitten.

I really enjoyed writing this story. Dance has always been one of my unrealized passions. It is one of those things that will appear in many of my novels in one form or another. Smitten itself was always intended to be a freebie for my readers. It was one of those stories that I knew I wanted to tell and share. Completely born out of wanting to do my own version of Dirty Dancing.
Smitten is a contemporary romance novel. A standalone. If you like stories about overcoming marital difficulties, and not shying away from the notion of cheating, then this is the story for you.
Reader FAQ
Will Smitten be released into Kindle Unlimited?
Not at this time. Most of my books will not be available through KU. I don’t ever intend to use KU, but that may change in the future. But this is specifically a freebie for the newsletter. However, the book may also be available on Bookfunnel and Instafreebie in the future!
Will Smitten be available in paperback?
No. I’d love to see it in paperback, but as this is an exclusive newsletter offering. Distribution could get difficult. So I won’t be opening that can of worms.
Will Smitten have a sequel? Will we meet Cecilia and Jay again?
No. This is a pseudo-sequel if you realize where the idea for it came from. I feel like Jay and Cecilia’s story came full circle in this novel. I could see myself writing a novella with them and their future kids. But that’s not likely to happen for quite a while. Not this year or the next.
Thanks so much for reading and supporting my work.
